A. To obtain a registration key you must purchase the software from our products page. After completing the transaction we will email you your product license. We suggest registering before your trial expires due the short delay you may experience before recieving your license. Under most circumstances, licenses will be sent the same day as registration is completed.
A. If you lose your registration key and require a new one, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a new one. When emailing us please include your full name and if possible the approximate date that you initially registered. This will help us in confirming your order.
A. No. Your license allows you to install the applicable software on one computer at a time. To obtain additional licenses, or a site license, contact email@example.com.
A. Yes. If you wish to obtain a cd containing one of our applications and the relevant documentation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We charge a $15 fee for this service. The cd will generally ship within 2 business days of the order.
A. There are two ways to report bugs. Either email the report to email@example.com, or post the report in our support forums. When posting a bug report, please include a description of the bug, how it is caused, your computer specifications, and the version of the software that you are running.
